We really hope you love every desandroid item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN

Return items must be in new condition

Return items must include all original packing and contents including accessories

Return items must be unused / unworn

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 14 days have expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be returned.

How do I return an item?

How will resolve my return?

Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.

Print the authorized return and include it in your return packaging. Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided within fourteen (14) days of your original purchase date.


I sent my return! How soon will it be processed?

When we receive your return it will take 3 to 5 days to process. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

NOTE: Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and items must be in the original condition only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number (needed) for all return items, as we are unable to refund items that are damaged due to improper protection and we are not responsible for lost or damaged products being returned to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 65.99 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
